Are you struggling with low mood, anxiety, relationship or family issues and are finding things difficult at the moment? I can offer a safe and warm space to explore and support you with. I understand the human condition from the inside out. I work from a creative and explorative space treating adolescents, adults and couples from a humanistic approach using skills from a blend of therapies such as Gestalt, Choice Theory, Cbt and Mindfulness based approaches. In a holistic manner helping the mind body and soul connect. My aim is to support clients to truly learn to empower themselves and to literally become whole and can truly savour and enjoy life.
